For those who can't use onions, onions with less bitterness and good taste are a good alternative. These spring onions are used in curries, salads and soups. Spring onions have many health benefits.


Spring Onions are high in nutrients. If a woman eats onions frequently during the first three months of pregnancy, the baby will get folic acid in the womb. Prevents spinal problems for the fetus.
