Acne can have serious psychological consequences, especially for adolescents. Acne is caused by the production of high androgen hormones in both men and women like testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate.  Acne is usually caused by a bacterial infection.


Following some precautions and tips can protect the beauty of your skin from acne.


1. Wash your face at least three to four times a day. Take a lemon and cut it in half and rub it on the top of the pimple. The bacteria that causes acne is eliminated by the effect of citric acid in lemon.
2. Potatoes work well for acne prevention. Place the potato slice on the pimple area for 5 to 10 minutes. Then rinse clean with water.
3. Aspirin also acts as an antibacterial. Take two aspirin tablets, grind and mix with water. It should be applied to the affected area. Aspirin effectively fights the bacteria that cause acne. Aspirin contains an antacid salt and pimples heal quickly.
4. Take baking soda and mix with water. Apply this mixture on the pimple areas and rinse off with cold water after 10 minutes. Doing so will reduce pimples.
5. Spinach, oatmeal and yoghurt should be mixed into a paste and applied to the face. Rinse with water after half an hour.
6. Apply honey on the face and wash off after half an hour. Any gel containing aloe can be used.7. To

8.Apply the egg white all over your face. Rinse after 15-20 minutes. Use this as a facial mask twice a week.
9. Take two garlic and cloves, crush them well and squeeze the juice. Apply this juice on your face and wash off after 10 minutes. Doing so will show a better result.
10. Apply mint oil or juice on your face and rinse off with plain water after 10 minutes.


Drink plenty of water. Oily ingredients should be avoided. Refined carbs should be avoided.Take veggies and fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals. Doing so will prevent pimples on your face.
