Experts recommend making ghee a part of our regular diet. Consumption of ghee in the diet makes the skin beautiful. Taking ghee in summer gives warmth while boosting immunity. Ghee is said to be healthy because it is rich in vitamin E, A, C, D, K and antioxidants. However, the saturated fat in it can be a problem for some people. Cholesterol triglyceride is a lipid, which is a type of fat. That can lead to heart problems, says nutritionist Renuka Rekhja.


Saturated fats increase LDL fats. These can lead to heart disease and stroke. According to some studies short chain fatty acids are less likely to raise bad cholesterol levels but long chain fatty acids have the potential to raise cholesterol levels. Saturated fat not only energizes a person but also helps to stay active. The effects of ghee on the whole depend on the person's physical and health condition. Experts suggest to use ghee if you are physically active and have a good metabolism.


Take ghee at least once a day with one meal. A person can take three to six teaspoons of ghee per day. That is, one teaspoon of ghee is enough for breakfast, one teaspoon for lunch and one teaspoon for dinner. It is not healthy to consume a lot of saturated fat in this context. In some people it can lead to overweight.


Make a habit of eating 1 or 2 tablespoons of ghee daily in the morning, the fat in the body will gradually melt away. Appetite increases greatly. People who are depressed and infertile should eat ghee with breakfast in the morning. This makes the brain active an d the person energetic. Ghee always makes the body energetic.
