Raped by uncle over 4 months, girl tells before death

A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped several times by her uncle in the last four months and was poisoned by him on Saturday night. She died in hospital on Sunday morning after naming her tormentor in a statement.
The accused is an auto driver and father to four kids, including a 15-year-old girl.  
According to the police, the accused man is from Pataudi but was staying with the family of the girl he allegedly raped. The girl was studying class X. She had gone missing from her home in Old Gurgaon's Khandsa on Saturday night. On Sunday morning, she returned and told her family that her Uncle had taken her to a hut nearby and raped her. Later, he allegedly forced her to eat a poisonous substance. She was admitted in a hospital when she complained of dizziness. Her condition soon turned critical.

Inspector Amit Kumar told, "She said in her statement she had kept quiet as the accused had threatened to kill her. He sexually assaulted her for the last four months and raped her again on Saturday night."
He is booked under sections 302 (murder), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act at Sector 37 police station. On Sunday when police reached his house, they found that he also consumed poison. He is now undergoing treatment in police custody at Safdarjung hospital in Delhi. The poisoning wasn't serious and he is not in any danger. The accused will be arrested soon as he has admitted to the crime.
