Stabbed Multiple Times, Women Dies In Delhi
National | IANS | Published :New Delhi, July 6 (IANS) : A 21-year-old woman stabbed about six-seven times by a man, died on Thursday morning here, police said.
The victim was aspiring to become air hostess and was stabbed near her house in Ramnagar area of east Delhi around 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday, Deputy Commissioner of Police Nupur Sharma said.
She died while undergoing treatment at Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, the official said.
Sharma said the accused Adil, aged about 22, was a person to the known to the victim, is absconding.
Passersby informed the police about the incident and described the whole matter that occurred.
The police are yet to ascertain the motive behind the murder.
