Congress VP Rahul meets Oslo Mayor

New Delhi, Aug 30 : Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi met Norwegian capital city Oslo's Mayor Raymond Johansen and said "it was great to interact with him".

"It was great to interact with you Mayor Raymond Johansen. I hope we can take our discussion on these pressing issues forward," said Gandhi, who is on a visit to Norway, on Twitter

On August 28, Johansen had tweeted: "Inspiring meeting with Rahul Gandhi from @INCIndia discussing common challenges, new jobs, urbanization and climate action."

Gandhi had also tweeted: "Met Yngve Slyngstad, head of NBIM, world's largest sovereign wealth fund & custodian of Norway's oil wealth,a role model for growing economies."

Slyngstad is the CEO of Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM).
