Judge Suspended for giving bail

Lucknow: The judge suspended for giving bail to Samajvad Party leader, Uttar Pradesh formal Minister Gayathri Prajapathi who is facing allegations with rape attempt. The Allahabad court suspended the judge for providing bail to the Minister. In Lucknow POCSO special judge OmPrakash Mishra sanctioned a bail to a 49 Yrs old Formal Minister Prajapathi facing allegations to rape a woman and forcing her child who is minor to rape.
The UP CM Yogi Adhityanath challenged this in highcourt. This made high court lawyer to suspend his co-judge and ordered the department to enquire on him. The Minister Prajapathi has arrested on this March 15 even escaped so many times.The Ministers passport has got blocked by restricting to tour outside countries.
