Cognizant will retire senior employees

Chennai:Leading company Cognizant Technology Solutions will cut off this year's high-end employees. Senior management level employees are ready to send home on the backdrop of digital technology. The company has seen a decline in the number of employees this year compared to last year. The company said the decision was taken to achieve the quality and stability of the digital switchover system.The voluntary retirement program has been introduced for this purpose.The compensation will be paid.
This gives opportunity to high-level employees in the company.The board members and vice presidents have information from associate director level.They will be compensated based on the rank.The compensation was also informed that the company had taken a decision to have at least 9 months salary.Negotiations have been going on for the past three months.Those receiving a minimum wage of Rs 40 lakh will come under 'voluntary retirement'.
On the other hand,the regulatory process of employment will continue to be improved and the facilities around the world will be improved. The company hopes to complete the voluntary retirement program in the second quarter of this financial year.
