Three policemen were suspended for the murder of Mathura traders

Lucknow, May 17: On Wednesday, the Uttar Pradesh government suspended three policemen, including the station house officer for negligence in the murder of Bullion traders in Mathura. Tuesday's protests in Mathura and neighboring areas have risen. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Power Minister Srikumar Sharma, DGP, Sultan Singh visited Mathura and held a protest to monitor the investigation. The BJP legislator Sharma from Madhura met the family members who died on Wednesday and the DGP held meetings with local police officers.
Singh asked them to nab the culprits at the earliest. 

CCTV footage checked to identify criminals. One official official said the two men were identified. The two bullion merchants were killed in their shop on Monday night. With assets worth Rs 4 crore worth of gold. Opposition parties have been up in arms against the state government and had raised the matter in the ongoing assembly session. The furore forced Adityanath to give a statement in the House assuring everyone that his government was committed to establishing law and order in the state. He said the criminals would soon nabbed.
