Surrender Babri case accused

Lucknow: The decade-old Babri Masjid demolition case is turning out now. In the recent case, the Supreme Court has made it clear that the Supreme Court's decision to restore the criminal conspiracy against BJP leaders LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti. Freshly charged with the case, five persons are ready to surrender before police. All of them have reached the CBI special court today in Lucknow. Ram Vilas Vedanti, Champpet Roy, BL Sharma, Mahant Dance Gopal Das and Dharmadas are also surrendering in the CBI court today.

In April, the Supreme Court issued a key order in the Babri Masjid demolition case. The Allahabad High Court has ruled that the Supreme Court has ruled that the case should be revoked against many BJP leaders and Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders including Advani. It is clear that the trial should be completed within two years.

The Allahabad High Court has withdrawn conspiracy cases registered against others including Advani in the Babri Masjid demolition case in Uttar Pradesh. The apex court bench of the CBI has challenged the CBI's plea challenging the case.
