Warm Saturday morning in Delhi

New Delhi, May 27: It was clear and hot on Saturday morning in the national capital, with the minimum temperature being at 29.3 degrees Celsius, not more than the season average. According to the Met office, there might be relief from the heat as rain and thunderstorm is likely during the day. "There will be partly cloudy sky ahead on Saturday with possibility of rain and thunderstorm," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said, adding the maximum temperature will hover around 42 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 53 per cent. The maximum temperature on Friday was 43.9 degrees Celsius, three gauge over the season's average, and minimum temperature at 29 degrees Celsius.
