Hang Jadhav immediately: Application filed in Pakistan SC

Islamabad, May 27: Indian spy Kulbhushan Jahav was hanged on Saturday at the Pakistan Supreme Court. The applicant argued that Jadav "pleaded guilty before military courts and that he should be executed immediately because he was not appealed against his death penalty." According to Pakistani law, he has rejected the death penalty and diplomatic access, the applicant said. The application stated that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) does not have jurisdiction over Pakista
Pakistan is free to act according to its domestic law, the applicant said. On May 18, the UN's top court ordered Pakistan to stay the execution of Jadhav who has been convicted of spying and running a terrorist network, in a decision hailed by New Delhi. Pakistan, on the other hand, did not change the level of Jadhav in any way with the ICJ decision, and India did not have any issue in this regard. Judges in the ICJ ruled in an unanimous and cohesive decision not to die by Islamabad until the final judgment was passed in the case.
