Babri case : Advani, Joshi and Uma Bharti should be charged in court

Lucknow, May 30: Senior BJP leaders L.K. Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Union Minister Uma Bharti will be attending the special CBI court tomorrow. In 1992, their allegations against the demolition of the Babri Masjid were filed. Sadhwi Ritambhara, Bharatiya Janata Party MP Vinay Katiyar and Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Vishnu Hari Dalmia on all charges filled. Last week, counsel of the accused had moved a plea in the court to exempt Advani, Joshi and Bharati from personal appearance, but it was turned down.
Charges against six others accused in the matter - Mahant Ram Vilas Vedanti, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Baikunth Lal Sharma, Dharm Das, Champat Rai Bansal and Shiv Sena's Satish Pradhan, who were granted bail, will also be framed on Tuesday. All the conspirators are accused of conspiracy to bring down the mosque. The Central Bureau of Investigation opposed these leaders in the Supreme Court. Subsequently, the Supreme Court directed the Supreme Court to conduct a daily inquiry into the 25-year-old Special CBI court in Lucknow and shut it down within two years.
