Three South Korean banks have utilized Samsung BixBay

Seoul, June 2: Samsung Electronics Co. said Friday that three South Korean banks have been contracted. Voice Command based on its artificial intelligence (AI) customer banking services has been approved by Bixby. The South Korean tech giant said this project with Shinan Bank, Worry Bank, KAB Hana Banking, and Einhap News Agency reported that customers can ask Bixi to perform financial transactions by displaying bank accounts or by voice.
Users with a Woori account can also make currency exchanges via Bixby. The programme was first adopted on Samsung's latest flagship Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones. The service connects to the mobile transaction app "Samsung Pay" and the biometric authentication programme "Samsung Pass". If a user makes an order to Bixby by voice, it will connect to financial platforms registered to "Samsung Pay" and make verifications via "Samsung Pass". Customers should verify the screening by Iris while doing financial transactions. Users are expected to use a password (OTP) system to update the latest update, making it easier for financial transactions.
