JP Morgan to pay 125 mn dollars for violating Federal Securities Laws

The leading Financial Institution JP Morgan was charged for violating the Federal Securities Laws by Securities and Exchange Commission.

The employees of the company have used personal email, text and Whatsapp to discuss bank business and record keeping. This practice continued from Jan 2018 to November 2020.

JP Morgan Chase subsidiary JP Morgan Securities has to pay 125 million dollars fine for not keeping record of business communications between brokers and clients.
