A Policeman Suspended for Flashing his Private parts at a woman in Bengaluru
A Head Constable of Police has been allegedly flashing his private parts at a 26-yr-old woman who was feeding stray dogs. The Policeman was suspended for doing so. The incident took place Tuesday.
Police charged the head Constable Chandrashekar BN under section 509 and section 354A of the Indian Penal Code. The lady said that she was not carrying a mobile phone, and asked a passer-by to record the incident on the phone. The video shot got viral on social media receiving many hate comments from the netizens.
