High Court Allows online marriage
Kerala High Court allows marriage online. A couple of lawyers have approached the Kerala High Court seeking annulment of their marriage due to Omicron, but the bench upheld them. Rintu Thomas (25) and Anantha Krishnan Harikumar are the lawyers. Their wedding is scheduled to take place on Thursday.
However, Anantha Krishna Harikumar Nair, who is currently in the UK, is all set to return home on Wednesday. He had approached the High Court seeking permission to get married online as he was unable to come in the wake of Omicron. The High Court directed the marriage officer to make legal arrangements for their marriage online.
