IT raids unearthed Rs. 150 Crore in Samajwadi Party Perfume Launcher Businessman's house

The incident took place in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, when a bundle of banknotes was found in the house of a perfume trader. IT officials raided the businessman's house on allegations of tax evasion. The house was filled with bundles of banknotes. As many as Rs 150 crore cash has been leaked so far in these deals which have been going on since yesterday.

2 shelves were found suspiciously in the merchant's house while conducting searches. The officers were shocked to see bundles of notes in them. Bank officials were called and started counting money with 3 counting machines. The counting of bundles of these notes continued from Thursday evening till Friday morning. Officials found that it was up to Rs 150 crore. Officials say the counting will continue.

DGCI officials also reached Piyush's house. The investigation revealed that fake invoices, bills were created and GST taxes were evaded. In addition to the house in Kanpur, inspections were carried out at various offices and godowns belonging to Piyush in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Seized 4 trucks with fake invoices in a warehouse. Piyush is not just a businessman but a follower of the Samajwadi Party. He is very close to party president Akhilesh Yadav.
