Download the Google Fit app on your smartphone
Open the Google Fit app.
Login with your Gmail ID.
Click on Check your heart rate on the home screen.
Then click on Start measurement.
Place your finger on the camera of your smartphone for a while.
The message Detecting the pulse in your fingertip will appear.
Measurement is completed after 30 seconds.
Your heart rate will be displayed on the screen.
Click on Save measurement to save the details.
