The Delhi government on Tuesday (January 11) ordered the closure of all private offices except exempted companies in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases. The Delhi government is confident that ovid-19 will hit the peak capital in a few days.
Private offices, which have so far employed 50 percent of the workforce, have been asked to adopt a home-based approach. An order issued by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority also ordered the closure of restaurants and bars in the city. However, restaurants are allowed to carry on home delivery and groceries. Government offices in the city are also currently operating with 50 percent attendance.
