A Person Killed Relatives on black magic suspicion

JASHPUR:
A 45-years old man in a chhattisgarh’s village of jashpur district killed his aunt and uncle after suspecting that they practised black magic.
according to the investigation on Sunday the accused Landru Ram went his uncle Bishun Ram’s(60) and invited him to his place nearby
Initially, Bishun Ram and his wife Basanti Rai (48) hesitated to go to the accused's home, but he convinced them.
On his way to house he raised the argument with the couple and he accused them of practising sorcery. He then allegedly attacked them with a stick at a secluded place, killing them on the spot,
The villagers found the bodies on Monday morning and informed the police.
Landru Ram was caught in karadari village, the accused told police that he believed his uncle and aunt practised witchcraft because of which his wife was ill since the past six months.
accused was arrested under IPC section 302,the punishment under murder,t he maximum punishment is death or imprisonment for life.
