Ferrer defeats Gasquet to enter second round
LONDON:David Ferrer (spain) forward to the second round of the Wimbledon tennis tournament.
The 35-year old Ferrer received victory(6-3,6-5,5-7,6-2) over the Frenchman who is world no.22 in 2 hours 54 minutes on tuesday
On second round Ferrer to play against Belgian Steve Darcis,the person who defeated Lithuanian Richards Berankis(4-6,6-3,2-6,6-4,6-3),in three hours and five minutes on tuesday.
Ferrer is unseeded at Wimbledon this year.
