'uberPASS' service expanded to Bengaluru : Uber

Bengaluru, July 12 (IANS) : Cab-hailing service Uber on Wednesday expanded 'uberPASS' to Bengaluru, a month after launching its pilot service in five cities,.


 


The service was first launched as a five-city pilot in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata in June.


A rider with an 'uberPASS' will get an exclusive access to product features and experience, which include highly rated drivers, discounted fares, waiver on cancellation charges, and the like.


"'uberPASS' is a product that takes us a step ahead in ensuring that we provide our riders a seamless and consistent ride experience in their daily commute. We are excited to launch 'uberPASS' as a pilot in Bengaluru," said Christian Freese, GM, Uber (South India), in a statement.
