Gonda: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed an election rally in Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh. Thanking people of Maharashtra over BMC election results, PM Modi said that Results in Maharashtra are heartening for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He also took a jibe at the Congress over its drastic failure and said that it has been completely wiped out from Maharashtra. PM Modi also thanked people of Odisha for reposing faith in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the recently concluded polls in the state. Attacking Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, PM Modi said that corruption in the education sector is hurting poor students which will destroy the future generation of the country. “You went to Australia for higher studies. What will happen to poor students?” asked PM Modi.

Donkeys also inspire people if your heart and mind are clean,” said PM Modi.  Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Monday had targeted PM Modi and BJP president Amit Shah as he “appealed” to Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan not to “campaign for the donkeys of Gujarat”.
