Bhopal, Aug 11 : The Madhya Pradesh Madarsa Board has directed all madarsas in the state to celebrate the Independence Day by hoisting tricolour flag and share photographs of their I-Day celebration.
According to a directive issued by MP Madarsa Board Chairman Prof. Syed Imamuddin, on the occasion of Independence Day, madarsa administrators will hoist the tricolour, take out rallies or join other such rallies and organise cultural programmes.
The madarsa authorities will also have to click photographs of their celebration of the Independence Day and send the same to the madarsa board office.
Talking to IANS, Imamuddin said that there was neither anything new about the directive, nor it was being issued for the first time.
"Every year madarsas hoist the national flag and their photographs are also called in by the board," he added.
