TD leaders mortgaged state�s interests: Roja

Visakhapatnam: YSRCP MLA RK Roja alleged that the Telugu Desam Ministers, MPs and MLAs mortgaged the state’s interests to the Union government for their selfish gains.

She went around the the city as part of padayatra along with YSRCP leaders and thousands of YSRCP activists, including Maddilapalem, MVP Colony and other parts, took part in it. Later, talking to the reporters, Roja advised the TD leaders to draw inspiration from Amarnath to mount pressure on the Union government for Special Category Status and separate railway zone.

“The Ministers, MPs or the MLAs had never raised these public issues with the Union government to just keep their positions intact. But they create a havoc for not being included in the Cabinet. Even they submitted their resignations,” she said.
