SC tells Ramana Deekshitulu to approach the High Court

Supreme Court (SC) that heard the petition of former chief priest of Tirumala, Ramana Deekshitulu, against his superannuation as he attained 65 years of age, and directed him to approach the High Court (HC). It questioned his lawyer as to why he did not approach the HC before coming to SC. He knew that he would not get justice at HC, the lawyer said. Further, he did not like the reply given by Andhra Pradesh (AP) government to HC in a similar case earlier, the lawyer said.
