Actress Gets Trapped By Fake CBI Officials

A Goregaon based actress Archana Gautam was caught up in some real-life drama after she was kidnapped by four goons posing as CBI officers.The 20 years old actress fell into the trap after she received a call offering a job to model for a saree commercial and she agreed to meet the client at a hotel.

 When she reached Juhu Circle, she was asked her to park her car and get into client’s car. After hearing it, Archana parked her car and walked towards a car in which four men were seated.  They discussed about the ad shoot  but later they claimed that they were CBI Officers and snatched her mobile. They threatened  her  on prostitution charges unless she gave them money.  She started to cry  and also saw the fake ID cards of the man who was driving the car. They made  call to her parents and demanded Rs 1 Lakh as ransom.  Her brother managed to collect  Rs 50,000 and the goons  told her to ask her brother to wait opposite Sahar airport with the money. When they arrived at the airport, she got out of the car and made a run for a auto rickshaw. The accused chased her in their car but their vehicle got stuck in  traffic.

On the road,  Archana was crying for help, a beggar sitting nearby noticed her struggle, came and grabbed the accused. He also helped her to take the accused to the Vile Parle police station.
