Everyone knows that smoking leads to cancer.  Advertising has repeatedly warned that smoking can cause cancer. Millions of people who are addicted to smoking suffer from various diseases every year. Smoking usually leads to death sometimes. Thousands of people are aware of the consequences of this addiction but are unable to give up. Despite efforts of their own and  their family members to get rid of this addiction, they fail in doing so.


Even after knowing that smoking is a bad habit, they become addicted to it. Smoking should be given a break of one or two days. In this way, smoking should be reduced. If the addiction does not stop no matter how many attempts are made, you can rely on some specific home tips. In our house there are some substances that have many medicinal properties.  Quickly reduces the interest in smoking.


Amla
Eat raw or boiled amla every day. Contaminants or toxins accumulated in the body due to smoking are quickly eliminated. Eating these regularly will reduce the urge to smoke in 7 days.


Ginger
Ginger can also be used to reduce the smoking habit. When you feel like smoking, add a pinch of salt to the ginger and eat it. Use of Dry ginger powder is the best though. This will reduce your desire for smoking.


Mint Leaves
Wash the mint leaves well and chew them when you feel like smoking. This greatly reduces the interest in nicotine.


Triphala
Triphala has many health benefits and works very effectively on smoking. Drink triphala soaked water every morning on an empty stomach. The desire to smoke decreases.
