Everyone knows the famous saying 'An Apple a Day keeps the Doctor away'. In fact, people who bring fruits to those who are sick will prefer apples first. Apples actually have many nutrients and medicinal properties. Apples especially have heart-healthy nutrients.


Apples not only satisfy our appetite but also provide essential nutrients to our body. They are good for weight loss and heart health. They contain fiber, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, folate, beta carotene, vitamin K and other nutrients that provide complete nutrition to the body. Apples help in digestive problems.


Many people have digestive problems due to daily eating habits, unhealthy lifestyle and so on. These problems can also lead to other illnesses. On the whole, health deteriorates. If digestive problems are treated, almost all other diseases can be prevented. Regular consumption of apples helps prevent digestive problems due to their fiber content.


Apples are useful for the good bacteria in the digestive tract of the body. This allows the food you eat to be properly digested. This will keep the digestive tract healthy. Apples can be taken during any time of the day. Eating these in the form of snacks between meals and lunch will still have a good result.


Regular consumption of apples lowers cholesterol levels in the body,  improving heart health. The risk of developing diabetes is low. The antioxidants in apples make bones stronger and the fiber helps in weight loss. Apple also protects the cells of the body from being oxidized.


Reduces the chances of having a heart attack. Apples are high in vitamin C and fiber, so they are good for people with diabetes.  People with diabetes can eat 1 apple a day.
