Omicron variant to affect mostly on Children

The omicron variant is now panicking the whole world with a threat of third wave.  The World Health Organization has already issued a warning about the variant. However, African Medical Experts have shocked the world with the new news.

Medical experts in South Africa say that the Omicron variant is said to have a major impact on children. South African experts tell the WHO that children older than two years are more likely to be hospitalized and affected. However, only moderate symptoms are seen in them.

Currently, the variant has spread to 57 countries, with 336 in the UK, 261 in Denmark, 228 in South Africa, 50 in Zimbabwe and 40 in the United States, while 23 in India. Doctors are advising parents to be vigilant, despite opinions that the Omicron variant may not be as dangerous as the Delta.
