Critical Care Facilities Strengthened in Govt Hospitals- Harish Rao

Health Minister Harish Rao today inaugurated the 100-bed third floor hospital at the District Hospital in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, he said that 100 beds have been set up on the initiative of MindSpace Business Parks, Real estate Investment Trust and Corporate Social Responsibilities. He said efforts were underway to set up a dialysis unit for chronic kidney patients at Kondapur District Hospital.


Harish Rao said, "We are strengthening critical care facilities with a focus on Third Wave in all government hospitals in Telangana". He said the government is in the process of making 900 ICU beds available with a budget of Rs 150 crore. He said that 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh people are being vaccinated every day. He urged the people who have not been vaccinated to get their jabs quickly.
