Health experts say that if you drink the juice at the right time, you will get all the nutrients you need.  otherwise it will be futile.

Packaged juices contain preservatives, sugar, and fruit flavours are mixed in large chunks instead of fruit. These can be detrimental to your health. So do not drink any of the juices available in the market. Drink only homemade juices.

Some people preserve the juice for a long time after making it. According to health experts,  it is best to drink it within 20 minutes after making the juice. Only then will we receive its full benefits. Prolonged storage will deplete the nutrients in it.

Drink juice half an hour after exercising. The body gets natural sugar along with nutrients. It gives instant energy to the body. Health experts say it is best to drink the juice in the morning. Again it is advisable to drink the juice between 7pm and 8pm at night. It is said that drinking juice during these times gives the body the energy it needs and various nutrients.
