Goa : TMC party guarantees Rs.5,000 for women if they come to power...

Goa state assembly elections will be held in February next year. The Trinamool Congress (TMC) , which is contesting for the first time, is showering assurances on the voters. It has announced that it will give Rs 5,000 per month to women if they vote for the TMC in the coming elections. The scheme was named 'Griha Laxmi'. He said the TMC would transfer Rs 5,000 to every woman head in the household as part of its income support after coming to power.



When it comes to power in Goa, it will issue cards related to the 'Griha Laxmi' scheme, which will have a unique identification number, through which money will be credited to the women's account. TMC chief Mamata Banerjee has said she will not ally with any party in the coming elections and is contesting for 40 seats.
