Islamabad, Aug 14 (IANS) Pakistan reported 581 new Covid cases and four deaths in the past 24 hours.
The overall tally of the infected people increased to 1,562,888 across the country with the fresh cases, Xinhua news agency reported quoting the country's ministry of health.
According to the ministry's statistics on Sunday, 30,527 people died of Covid in Pakistan with the four newly reported ones.
On Saturday, 19,591 tests were conducted throughout the country whereas the positivity ratio stood at 2.97 per cent.
There are 178 patients who are in critical condition.
