Hyderabad: In a bizarre incident Sarpanch contested candidate lost election with one vote as he failed to cast his own vote in the busy of campaign on poll day. This stunning political incident took place in Gram Panchayath election at Rangapuram village of Bommalramaram mandal of Yadadri-Bhongir district on January 21(Monday). In this election Prabhakar Reddy won the Sarpanch post with a margin of 1vote over his rival Aagi Reddy who has forgotten to cast his own vote in the name of campaign
