IT raids on Congress leader's husband

Hyderabad: The Income Tax department’s TDS wing on Friday conducted searches at a company owned by Sreedhar Chowdhury, husband of Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury. Sources said the raid was conducted after they received information that the company was deducting tax from its employees’ salaries, but was not depositing the same with the government.
