Nirbhaya case 4 rapists to be hanged : Supreme Court verdict

NEW DELHI: Delhi Supreme Court has made a death sentence to the four Nirbhaya case convicts.Great news announced by the apex court bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra and consisting of Justices R. Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan. 
Four convicts named Mukesh Singh,Vinay Sharma,Akshay Thakur and Pawan Gupta who had gang raped Nirbhaya in a harsh manner last year December in Delhi have been sentenced by the judge at Saket district court today with death penalty.Nirbhaya suffered for 13 days after the attack as whole of India gathered to protest and pray for her.Nirbhaya the ‘Fearless’ was named many names by the people and was referred as ‘Damini’ as well though her real name was Jyoti.The leader of the gang Ram Singh was found hanged earlier having committed suicide according to Tihar Jail officials.
