Man rapes Minor Sister-in-law for 4 days as he was angry with his wife
Another atrocity in the country. A man of Rajasthan's Kota district has allegedly raped his minor sister-in-law because he was angry with his wife. The accused was arrested by the police who registered a case as per the complaint of the victim's father. The victim was ordered to appear before the Child Welfare Committee and be sent to Nari Shala. Angered at his wife, he kept the minor sister-in-law with him for 4 days and raped her.
Accused Banisai works as a laborer. He used to spend all the money on alcohol. Angered with husband's behavior, the wife left to stay at her parent's house. Police found out during the investigation that the accused had taken his 17-year-old sister-in-law from the college with him to the village.
The accused himself agreed that he raped the minor sister-in-law as he was angry with his wife. The incident came to light after family members complained to the police that the girl did not come home. The police reached his house and released the girl from the accused. Police immediately arrested the accused.
