New Delhi, Sep 28 (IANS) Finance Ministers of six states on Friday decided to organise a Chief Ministers' conclave in the national capital in October to evolve a consensus on financial issues concerning the country, the Delhi government announced.

The decision was taken at a meeting of Finance Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Kerala, Punjab and Karnataka and the Puducherry Chief Minister, an official statement from the Delhi government said.

West Bengal has also agreed to the proposal, it said.

"We discussed the discriminatory Terms of Reference (ToRs) of the 15th Finance Commission and other financial issues concerning federalism," Delhi Finance Minister Manish Sisodia said.

He also said that preliminary discussions on GST revenue collection and futuristic revenue collections were also discussed by the Finance Ministers.

"All these issues will form the agenda for the Chief Ministers' conclave and all the CMs of India will be invited for this event," he said.

The main focus will be on the discriminatory ToRs of the current Finance Commission, he said.
