More fibre:
Fibre is essential for good health. But with good fibre intake comes problems. Especially digestive problems. So consuming dragon fruit which is high in fibre can lead to problems like stomach ache and irritable bowel syndrome. So it is not advisable to eat dragon fruit too much.


Most antioxidants are not good:
Dragon fruit is rich in antioxidants. Lot of antioxidants can cause problems such as oxidant damage. So it is not advisable to take it too much.


Allergy:
Excessive consumption of dragon fruit can also lead to allergies. It can lead to problems such as inflammation in the throat and burning sensation.


Good for pregnant women:
Dragon Fruit is very good for pregnant women. It is of great benefit not only to the pregnant woman but also to the unborn child. However, it is better for someone to take it in a limit. So do not take too much of it.
