Nano is the car model that has attracted the whole world in the field of automobiles. Leading Japanese automobile giant Toyota has recently unveiled its latest electric car. Interest in the automobile sector has once again increased as it is a smaller car than the Nano car. Toyota unveiled the C+ Pod in Japan in December last year and now it looks like the car will be available in all countries. The Toyota C + Pod electric car has only two seats. The C + Pod is equipped with a 9.06 kWh lithium ion battery. The top speed is 60 km / h. In terms of styling, the Toyota C + Pod comes with LED headlights and LED tail lights. The outer panels are made entirely of plastic to reduce weight.
The car will be available in two variants, Toyota C + Pod X and G. The X3 trim is priced at 1.65 million yen (approximately Rs. 11.75 lakhs) while the Zee trim is priced at 1.71 million yen (approximately Rs. 12.15 lakhs). Doubts are being expressed in market segments as to whether consumers will be popular in terms of price. Tata Motors launched the Nano many years ago with the aim of bringing car travel closer to the common middle class. The car, which set foot with huge expectations, failed miserably in the market. As a result, production also stopped. It remains to be seen to what extent the Toyota C+ Pod will take market share in this context.
